Purpose
The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for driving large scale/complex enterprise programs on time, within budget and meeting all stakeholder requirements. This role will work cross-functionally in the delivery of projects including (but not limited to) NPD projects, operational excellence initiatives, capital investment projects, etc through planning, coordinating, and communicating between various departmental disciplines. The Sr. Project Manager will exercise extensive latitude and use of initiative and independent judgment as the main POC for assigned initiatives. Sr. Project Managers may have direct supervisory roles or indirect reporting over other members within the organization
